DMAP Ontario Grant
DMAP Ontario Grant provides access to expert guidance, training on new equipment and processes, and support for adopting digital technologies, which can help SMEs grow. DMAP offers eligible businesses up to $15,000 in reimbursement to develop a digital adoption plan with the assistance of an approved Digital Adoption Consultant (DAC). To qualify for the grant, businesses must select a third-party DAC from the DCC’s approved roster and submit a completed digital adoption plan.

Funding
The OCI Contribution will be 50% (maximum) of the total eligible project costs, up to $15,000. The applicant must contribute at least 50% of the eligible project costs.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the DMAP grant, applicants must meet the following criteria.
- You are an Ontario-based for-profit registered business with a valid business number.
- You have between 1 and 499 full-time employees.
Eligible Expenses
Digital Adaption Consultant fees are considered eligible Expenses under this grant program if the consultant is approved for the DMAP program.
Ineligible Businesses
Your business is not eligible for DMAP if it is;
- Consumer-facing retail or e-commerce operations
- Corporate chains, franchises, or registered charities
- Representatives of multi-level marketing companies
- Real estate brokerages
- Not-for-profits

Customized software like CRM, ERP, cloud computing, automation, AI, sensor technologies, etc.
Research and Development (R&D)
Creation and testing of new IT products, processes, or services.
Technology Commercialization
Technology commercialization includes products and services from development to market willingness.
Digital Transformation
A Digital transformation project to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Grant Timelines
- Application review & approval – 2 weeks
- Preparation of digital adaption plan – 4-6 weeks
